Chris McKinney, Founding Partner and Managing Director has been trusted for over two decades to run complex, time constrained search assignments and is respected for his ability to close complex deals in challenging market conditions. Chris leads the New Zealand search practice and is responsible for driving growth into North America and for designing our Partner Programmes. He has delivered senior and specialist search across a variety of sectors and approaches his assignments with purpose, determined to achieve results for his clients. Chris supports his team and clients globally.
